Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Cosmetics)
Location: Hybrid - South East of England
Reporting to: Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs
Functional Group: EMEA Regulatory Affairs (R&D)
The Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist will develop regulatory strategies across the EMEA region, providing input and guidance to product development teams within the Cosmetics franchise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with regulatory colleagues to create global strategies and dossiers.
- Prepare and submit regulatory submissions in line with requirements.
- Track application statuses and provide updates to the regulatory team.
- Maintain logs of communication with regulators and stakeholders.
- Anticipate regulatory changes and implement compliance processes.
- Monitor the regulatory environment and support trade associations.
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Expertise in cosmetics regulatory classifications.
- Solid understanding of regulatory, medical, and quality requirements.
- Proficiency in English.
