Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs to lead our Nordics team. Based in Stockholm, you will oversee a team of 7 Regulatory Affairs professionals, ensuring compliance with local regulations and driving strategic success across the Nordics region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide product development teams to ensure alignment with local regulatory requirements.
  • Assess and submit regulatory documentation for approval.
  • Monitor and support product claims, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Approve promotional materials and product artwork.
  • Manage audits, inspections, and drive continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, specifically in Medicinal Products, Cosmetics, or Medical Devices.
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills with a track record of managing teams.
  • Proficiency in English; expertise in Swedish regulations with knowledge of Denmark, Finland, and Norway.
