Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute technical assessments of manufacturing equipment, focusing on both current projects in Braine and upcoming assessments in Bulle.
  • Develop and prioritize investment strategies to ensure the continued efficiency and reliability of equipment across all sites.
  • Collect and analyze SAP data to support informed decision-making, leveraging your expertise in data collection tools such as SAP and BI.
  • Provide comprehensive technical recommendations, drawing on extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of around 10 people, including technicians, managers, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth implementation of solutions.
  • Oversee and manage documentation processes, ensuring all assessments and recommendations are accurately recorded and disseminated.
  • Travel to Bulle as needed for on-site assessments, with the possibility of remote work for UK-based projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years of technical experience in roles such as Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, or Technical Projects.
  • Strong expertise in HVAC/Utilities, particularly within a maintenance capacity.
  • Solid electromechanical background, with specific experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or biotech companies-pharmaceutical experience is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from field technicians to senior management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, and experienced in using SAP for data analysis and collection.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Expertise in cGMP and HSE standards, ensuring compliance across all operations.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading technical assessments and driving documentation efforts within a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience working in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
