Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical assessments of HVAC and Utilities systems across our manufacturing sites, with an initial focus on the Braine facility and future assessments in Bulle.
  • Prioritize and recommend investment strategies to maintain and enhance the performance of HVAC and Utilities systems.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret SAP data to support informed decision-making, utilizing your expertise in data collection tools such as SAP and BI.
  • Provide technical recommendations based on your extensive experience in the industry, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of critical systems.
  • Collaborate with a team of 10 people, ranging from field technicians to senior management, to implement recommendations effectively.
  • Oversee and manage the documentation process, ensuring all technical assessments and recommendations are accurately recorded and communicated.
  • Travel to Bulle as needed for on-site assessments, with potential remote work assignments for projects in the UK.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years of technical experience in roles such as Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, or Technical Projects.
  • Strong background in HVAC and Utilities systems, with experience in maintenance.
  • Solid electromechanical expertise, with experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries (pharmaceutical experience is a nice-to-have but not mandatory).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from field technicians to senior management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, and experience using SAP for data analysis and collection.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Expertise in cGMP and HSE standards, ensuring compliance across all operations.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading technical assessments and driving documentation efforts within a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience working in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
